Nedbank blocked my card and can't fix their issue! Horrid Bank!

If I could give a zero rating I would. Awful service from Nedbank. I activated my credit card on Thursday 26th September 2019. I used it the following day on the Friday and in the next 30 mins after using it, my card did not work!! Someone from Nedbank then called and said they suspected ********** purchases and I confirmed with her that it was in fact me that made these purchases. She then said she would unblock it. After I ended the call with her, I could then use the card. Saturday morning 28th September, I tried to withdraw cash but could not. I got a slip from the atm saying my card is blocked. I called Saturday and was told the department that could assist me was Closed. So i called in this morning, Monday 30th September, and spent almost 2 hours being sent from pillar to post and then finally they said my card was activated. So.... I just tried to purchase underwear now at Woolies, and the lady at the till says the card just declines. It doesn't even ask for a pin. I went outside to an ATM, the ATM just spits out my card!! So now I have a credit card that I cannot use and no one at Nedbank can fix this issue. This is by far the Worst ever experience I have had with any bank. I would never recommend Nedbank to anyone! Sies!
