Nedbank birch acres mall worst service ever no respect for people

I just came back From Nedbank birch acres mall i could not even make a deposit because their service is poor the consultants were not interested in assisting me, i got to the bank they did not give me a number they gave people who came after me a number and assisted them, when it was my time to get assistance the male teller with glasses tells me to go to teller number 3 when she's done with her current client when i go there after waiting for so long that time some of the other people behind me are being assisted she tells me to wait for another lady who does not have a ticket number who found me in the bank, i ask her if I will get assistance she goes to assist the lady and i was left there stranded Worst service ever no TCF whatsoever
