Nedbank benefiting ********ly from Customers in different and many ways.

I have been experiencing unauthorized debit orders on my account with Nedbank. Despite attempting to understand the reason for these unauthorized debits, the bank representatives indicate they cannot assist unless I communicate directly with the business that initiated the debits. Furthermore, when I attempt to cancel these debit orders through Nedbank, the bank processes the cancellation but the business continues to debit my account. Issues were escalated but no action has been done.
