Nedbank, being exceptionally tardy yet again.

My bond registration attorney lodged a request for my title on the 21st already, this is usually done in a day. We are on the 5 December and this has still not have been sent. Because of this ridiculous delays, I am now being subjected to 2019 increases. I need this resolved urgently please.
