Nedbank -be a bank-not a Govt. Institution.

I went onto my Nedbank account this morning to see if my online shopping had gone through-came up with a page about Motor Vehicle Licensing and how you can now pay through your Nedbank account. A whole page of conditions-nothing to do with banking at all. At the end you can decline or accept. Since I don't own a car and haven't since mine was ****** many years ago, I chose the decline option. If you choose to decline, you are denied access to your banking pages. I declined 3 times and eventually out of frustration accepted, even though this is completely irrelevant to me. To offer the service is one thing and I am sure that many people will be glad of it, but to bar you from your online banking unless you accept is ridiculous. Why have the decline button at all? I think I have said before that dealing with banks these days is becoming more like dealing with Home Affairs and the like.
