Nedbank

I bank with nedbank however I am not happy with how they operate, they charged me an honor fee of R90 for a transaction I made on the 24th of December 2020 which was successful I also have an sms for the transaction and the balance that was left after I swiped so why are they charging me r90 whereas the amount was deducted immediately.
