Nedbank ****

I went to the branch to close my 2 accounts I was told they can't assist me I must call,they gave me phone numbers so I did call on the 18 November 2025, after I spoke with the consultant she told me that only one is closed because the was a transaction on the other one so it will be closed after 24hrs.so I ask her if I must call her after 24 hrs to confirm if it's closed she said there is no need.but till today I'm still paying for the bank fees monthly but I'm not using the bank.two day ago I called them again and they said they will get back to me till now I'm still waiting.
