Nedbank Baywest, Unprofessional, Non-caring

On the 4th of December 2023 I went into Nedbank Bay west Geberha at around 11am. I got given a ticket nrT21. I was told they only had 2 tellers for deposits.. After 1hr30min, I realized only two customers were called to the tellers. I enquire. Then nrT24 was taken to one of the tellers. This is unacceptable. If you run a system, stick to the rules. It is ********* to change rules based on preference. I found it extremely unprofessional and take acceptance to that. After complaining again, finally I managed to leave the bank just before 1pm. Really Nedbank, if you want to help grow this struggling South African economy, at least help the business owners to get back to their businesses. In case you do not know, it is December after all.
