Nedbank Bayside Mall - Excellent Service

I like to commend Luxolo from the Nedbank Bayside Mall, Cape Town branch. What an excellent banker he was. He helped me open a Nedbank Pay As you Use account as a foreign National. The guy is smart and well versed in his products and the system. It took over 6 hours to open an account as my documents had to go for verification (Nedbank please improve). However Luxolo communicated well and let me know at each stage what was happening. One of the best banker experiences I have ever had. He really knows his job well. Please consider him when you have promotions he is really excellent with clients!
