Nedbank, Banking made completely difficult

Nedbank, Banking made completely difficult. Had an online purchase for a bus ticket, money was taken from my account yet the ticket wasn't purchased I couldn't get any proof from the Bank about the money going out of my account. I can't get a simple bank statement at the bank or the App just to go get a refund from Computicket stuck in Joburg. Service at the branch Parkstation was absolutely horrible.
