Nedbank banking app pretty uselesa

On my Android device, Nedbank banking app suddenly not working. Have re-installed twice. No good. App opens but will not accept any inputs. Nedbank call centre not helpful and I sent message to the web developer via Googleplay. App was working. Now dead.
