Nedbank - bank without customer services - shocking!

Nedbank credit card and online ***** departments have no customer s****s, the agents are rude and issues are not resolved.

I have been trying to close my credit card account since 5 January 2020. Yet still, it is not processed. Every time I phone I get rude responses and mostly the phone is put down on me. You are welcome to request the recording - I hope someone would !

General public - stay away from Nedbank. Their service is non existent.
