Nedbank Bank Gold Credit Applicant

I app**** for a Nedbank Gold Credit through Clearscore and received a callback from one of the agents from their sales team, went through the application and was asked to submit my bank statement, ID copy and signed documents from the sales agent, I keep getting emails that my application is incomplete though I have submitted all requested documents, I have called into the call center to hear my application is not in their database and I can't register for a Nedbank ID cause my number doesn't match any of their records, I have tried emailing the sales agent who just said "all is good on his end" when I wanted to find out if the application was approved, declined or the next step to complete my application if it's "incomplete" my reference number is ***, my contact number is ***,all I want to know is whether am I approved or declined or if anything else is required to complete application some sort of relevant feedback
