Nedbank Bad service, No service

There is no zero star so 1 will have to do. Being a customer of Nedbank for 15 years this is the worst service we have ever received from them. We went under debt review. All documentation was send to them the 24th. We were assured that it is enough time to stop the debit orders. Following up in a branch we were told we need to phone the Nedbank Debt reveiw department. We did that just to be told we had to sign a document, which was unnecesary as there was a power of attorney letter attached. Now the debit order went off and no one can help to reverse. Really if this is the kind of help you can expect from Nedbank then they can lose their doors.
