Nedbank bad service

Nedbank,Nedbank! A few days ago my card was swallowed saying it was reported ******. ***! The nxt day went to Liberty Promenade which went offline at 10. The next day went to Westgate Mall...power outage which came on but was offline. Later the day went to Vangate Mall for a new card. Nope machine went offline. Eventually it went on but they couldn't give me a card due to "im error " the lady even asked me what type ccount I have. Damn!!!!!! I left with no card and was asked to send myself money via the app. ***!!!!!! She promised to ph me.***!!!!still waiting since 2019-09-25 15:00 till now where I'm again standing in Nedbank Promenade. WHO ARE THEY GOING TO GIVE THE BLAME TO NOW? BAD BAD BAD BAD SERVICE!!!!! I was just supposed to get a new card in and out.
