Nedbank bad service, ********* conduct.

We have a home loan with Nedbank. We called in and send an email as requested by Nedbank to cancel the debit order as the bond payment will go off via stop order from my husband's employer. Nedbank official stated that we must send the proof from my husband employer which we did.

On 25th June the debit order was deducted eventhough the stop order was already paid and that after we communicated with them. We are now struggling with Nedbank to reverse the debit order.

My husband's colleague went through the same process and he got his money back immediately no questions asked.My husband was asked to write a letter requesting the debit order reversal and that I the wife had to co-sign as we are married COP. His colleague informed him that he is also married in COP but his wife did not have to sign anything and his money was paid back into his accounts.Why are we being treated differently it seems that the bank work on ethnical evaluation. Why is this "nonwhite person" being treated differently. Why all the red tape when same request was made but we have to go through this horrible ordeal just to get our money back, money that belongs to us.

Nedbank is sitting with two payments one debit order and one stop order from the same client. Why are they unable to assist us in our request to reverse the debit order. My husband is the breadwinner and we need our money back immediately. I have never in my life came across such unprofessional and ********* behavior. This is the worse bank ever.

We request that the reversal be done immediately.
