Nedbank -Bad Service by telephone consultant

The worst service ever experienced at Nedback .Pearl Marwa was so rude to me,I have never been treated with such disrespect in the years l have been with Nedbank.i have made sure to keep all my debit order payments with Nedbank up to date despite the economical state our country is in ,then I miss one payment and I get spoken to by a consultanton that way.That was totaly unacceptable and uncalled .
