Nedbank bad service

I am highly disappointed at the service I received at Nedbank. I went to the branch on the 29th of October to do a notice of withdrawal on one of my investments accounts. I was assured that I would receive the funds the following day. On the 3rd of November 2020 i went back to the branch because I still had not received the funds and they assure me that I will receive the funds today but I still have not received them. if there is a problem on my side why isnt anyone from Nedbank calling me to rectify the matter?
