Nedbank bad service and undermining people

Hello peter i want to put a complain towards nedbank,its been 6weeks now going up and down with them,1st the was a money that got into my account which was R80.000 where by the freezed it without contacting me,i went inside the bank they unfreezed it,now my balance is R17;579.39 where i found out today that i cant get my money because they say it a ***** money;which i dont understand how can it be ***** and the time they unfreeze the money ddnt they see that is *****;and again i will like to know how did tbey know its ***** nd why do they realise now aftr i spend almost R62000,all i want to understand how come cant i get my money as they say i cant get the money and they are going to close my accounts without consulting me,i need help to get my money thats all
