Nedbank bad service

I am very disappointed with the service received, I notified Nedbank on Monday that I tried to withdraw money at an Atm and I got a receipt saying the transaction was canceled and no money came out only to discover that the money was taken from my account. I was told that the money will reflect in my account on Friday of the same week Upon following up on the said Friday after being put from pillar to post, I was told that I had to wait for 3 more working days. This is so frustrating because the error is clearly in their system and I am made to deal with this inconvenience
