Nedbank bad service

Hi, my mother a pensioner who took her pension money to close her credit card with nedbank March 2020 ,is now told she owes R700 in bank charges after calling them almost every month trying to close the account and another annoying thing is she's told she can only close account via call center not in the branch which 3ridiculous......can someone call her and settle this her on ***
