Nedbank bad service

On the 20th December 2025 I went to Nedbank Centurion branch and phoned the ***** department regarding 5 *****ulent transactions on my credit card. After 45 days of waiting for this to be resolved I was told to sort my ***** out myself with Booking.com and the others are still to be resolved. Booking.com is a company which messages or emails is not possible to send a message to. We can not get a ***** person to deal with and the customer care person is in charge. Pathetic service.
