Nedbank bad service

Nedbank Jubilee mall’s service is horrible I get that due to the pandemic things have changed a bit, however that does not mean the service should be this horrible. Queues are very long outside, I’m coming here for the 4th time,returning back home because of the long queue. Today I arrived at 09:00am got inside the bank at 10:54 even now I haven’t received any assistance, everyone seem to be on a go slow.
