Nedbank bad service

On 26 October 2022 I paid up my loan account which Nedbank had obtained a court judgement against me. Since then I’ve been calling Nedbank Retail Recoveries for a paid-up letter on a daily basis and I’ve been given empty promises that they will send me the paid-up letter, until today I have not received the letter and the judgement is not removed at ITC but I have paid Nedbank. Something as simple as a paid-up letter, Nedbank fails to produce.
