NEDBANK BAD SERVICE

****med and double-billed by Nedbank and no proper service thereof.

In May this year. I was assured by the Nedbank building loan department that they settled all my building loan interest (Which was R5200 and 6000 for the month of April and May) with the final amount they were supposed to pay the developer(Werner) of my property. My loan was transferred from a building loan to a home loan. Out of my surprise, this month on the 1st Nedbank debited me the old interest of R5200.
