Nedbank bad service

My wallet got lost so I contacted Nedbank call centre to order my new bank cards. It is almost 2 weeks and still I do not have my new cards that I've ordered. I did not get any sms regarding what the issue might be in they delay, or any phone call saying what the cause is in the delay? This is very poor service from Nedbank as to when I ordered my Discovery bank cards they where delivered to me within 2 working days. Till today I have no idea what the cause is in the delay? This is very bad service and communication from Nedbank!!! Not happy at all
