Nedbank bad service

I am actually disappointed with Nedbank. I lost my card, we went to the bank to replace it. After few months the money app doesn't work. Apparently I have 2 business profile. I went to the bank a again 2 times I am not helped at all. It's inconveniencing me because I don't even get notications. Livonia from mamelodi is doing her powers to help but the techniciana don't respond
