Nedbank bad service

I app**** for more on my current loan which was approved. I was notified the current debit order was cancelled and this week I was at the atorneys to sign the new documents. Last night my acount was debited with the old account and fees which was supposed to be canceled, and the attorneys phoned me as they are struggling to create the new debit orer mandate. I have phone the whole day and everyone keeps transfering me to another person and no one is assisting me. Im regreting my approached to Nedband as they are not assisting at all and no one can help
