NEDBANK BAD SERVICE

i received call as well as an sms that ned bank is running a promotion if i deposit my salary for 3 months i will get R1000 cash back and my salary was deposited for 3 months so know when i call to find out about the R1000 they say i don't qualify because i don't have any other product except the savings account i should at least have loan , vaf how ever i have two funeral covers with them and what is surprising is when they called me they never mentioned anything about having other products they only mentioned salary only so now ever time i call they say they are busy investigating someone will call me with feedback but even know no one ever called me i,m the one who always calls for update ref number ***. SO PEOPLE MUST BE AWARE THAT NEDBANK ITS A **** TO PUSH US TO DEPOSIT SALARY
