Nedbank Bad service

Nedbank is the worst bank you could ever take a HomeLoan with or insurance these people are so *********** they debited my HomeLoans 4 times these are debit orders I did not authorize, and Nedbank has the nerve to say there is nothing they can do about it same with their insurance I have been billed incorrectly and no one has bothered coming back to me I am awaiting voice records that till to date I have not received. Nedbank needs to be reported to the Ombuds because they clearly do not know how to treat their clients fairly
