Nedbank bad servicd

My husband has been having endless problems with this bank. They have been unable to release his money which came from anothrr financial institution. The local banks in durban have not been able to assist so they have sent his file to johanesburg. The guy therem promised him to sprt it oit because he knows his job. Nothing has come. Every time we wait for there system and then it kicks it out with some error. Nedbank and its staff has nonconcideration and all they cal say is that its the system fault. They have recently semt a cheque and then made is wait 2 weeks and nithing cleared. Now they have taken a week again to re send the payment. And still nothing. They take a week to take any action and make us wait another 5 days to see if the system kicks it out. Its lile they are testing there system every tym. We have bills to pay and have been black listed waiting fornoir own miney from nedbank....
