NEDBANK BAD LENDING AND BANKING
When Covid -19 struck and our pay was cut I requested debit relief from Nedbank to assist with paying off my debt. I was given it and then suddenly they started to want R4000 from me instead of R1000. The agents called me and spoke to me saying that if I pay what i can afford they will stop the debit order. I paid the agreed amount and then Nedbank still put through the Debit order and put me in a - amount of money. Then When I chatted to my Private Banker, requesting the evidence of the calls and how they *****ing me it all went quite.
Also Nedbank is giving people lines of credit they actually cannot afford. I say this because before the above mentioned happen of the weird and damaging debit order, We moved to a cheaper home so that we wouldnt be *****ed over. The same personal Banker when I approached them on how to pay three months rent in one month they suggested an overdraught which i did and now is *****ing me to the point that we cant even buy food. Nedbank truly sucks and is behaving in a manner that I am sure goes againts the banking acts as well as the lending acts.
Due to Nedbanks poor advice as well as lies I am starving and so is my family.
