Nedbank bad customer service Lucky and Thembelihle Mabaso

Nedbank customer service is so terrible. I called to open a normal savings card .I spoke to a guy named lucky who didn't even bother to give me options and just chose a card that charges R115 a month.After research online I noted there are some with no monthly charges so I called again. Spoke to Thembelihle Mabaso who said ,after putting me on hold for the longest time that she cannot help me cancel or take another one as she did not do the application. Lol a circus,I was to wait using my airtime for the guy who did the application!!
