Nedbank bad customer service

I received money in my bankaccount from Myrunway.Nedbank did'nt clear my money in 48 hours.when i phoned customerservice I was informed that they have a new policy in place ,that customers have to wait for 7working days bfore their funds are cleared.they admitted they never informed their clients about the specific new policy.last month I had to wait more than 10 working days for my money to be cleared.Some of the consultants i spoke to could'nt even tell me why my money was not cleared.I argued with one lady who told me not to shout after they were the people at fault.now i have to wait another 3 working days.They are now giving POOR SERVICE
