Nedbank bad business - personal loans

Nedbank is a bad financial institution. I have settled a personal loan which I had with them and they’re still debiting my account. And they’re now sending empty links for statements via sms which they used to send, and one was able to put in ID number to view the statement but now it’s empty link and yet they’re deducting the instalment money. They’re doing so because they want to continue debiting even when I’ve settled the loan.
