Nedbank bad Bank
So I try to open an account at a furniture store and I find out that I have an adverse credit record. I went online to check what the problem is because I pay my bills every month. Low and behold, I find out that Nedbank is marking me a bad payer when i have a debit order set up on this account. I called in and speak to a very RUDE woman called ESSIE who tells me I have to pay double in order for that not to happen and then she will change the debit order date to the first. Why must I get inconvienced so they can get extra money from me? Why must I pay, because this is what you are saying, for me to change my debit order date? So I will continue to have this bad credit record until I pay a double instalment then she will change the date to the first? Oh and when I ask where must this extra money come from she asks me what do I want her to do becasue shes telling me to pay extra? Really? Thats your solution? Force people to pay extra so that they dont get marked as bad payers on their credit reports? I have never skipped a payment, not once, but I'm being hijacked for extra money. I find this totally unaceptable. Its not fair on me. If i wasnt paying then mark me a bad payer. Someone who knows how to fix this needs to get in touch with me, and not to ask me for extra money. The last year has been mark as negative becasue of this
