Nedbank - BAD BAD BAD

I have been a client at Nedbank for 3 years. Since day one I have struggled. I waited 2 years for my first statement of my home loan account. I phoned , went in to the bank, phone again, to the bank again and and and... Nobody can/want to help!! The same problem again today - no help! Stay away or risk getting a heart attack!!!!
