Nedbank bad

Called MFC division and fast help no issues, Try contacting nedbank just want a balance on my loan that's almost done to pay off and worse service ever, on the call for over 20min then before that try call no help. Just for a balance, really horrible service. I will not be paying that loan till I get that balance.
