Nedbank

On the 17th of September, I amended my banking details. Nedbank confirmed that the details have been amended on their side. this morning the debit order went off from my investment account as I requested of them not to happen. I am on the line with them for the past 20min with no success. can it be this difficult to change debit order details? really... Nedbank Private Banking department is also very unprofessional
