Nedbank AVO - Useless portal

After converting Greenbacks points to AVO, I've tried numerous times to purchase from their portal - Even though it shows the transaction were successful, it does not reflect under orders. Feedback from their support staff is that their is an issue with paying with loyalty points. Since I'm unable to purchase from the AVO portal, I've requested that my AVO points be converted back to my Nedbank Greenbacks account, or that they manually process it, but receive the following feedback - "Unfortunately once you convert your Greenbacks into Avo Points you are unable to convert them back."
