Nedbank AVO Store, please assist with answers and ETA

Good day, I've given Nedbank and it's people a couple of positive reviews over the years but I can honestly say that this is the worst service I've ever received. I placed an order on the Nedbank AVO store on the 31 March 2021 and my monies were transferred to my AVO wallet but due to an error in the online shopping process the order could never be place. Tried for probably about 4 hours before giving up.

I contact Avo shop and placed a manual order and my Wallet was locked. Unfortunately my order has still not been processed and I'm unable to find out why. I'm only looking for answers to why I'm still waiting but I'm receiving no feedback on this. I'm also unable to place any other orders due to my locked wallet.

I've contacted Hey Ned, ***ca, ***probably about 20 times now with only empty promises. One Friday I was told that my order would definitely be processed before close of business.

I would very much appreciate any help on this, I've give excellent reviews to a couple of my family and friends about the AVO Shop. I've only had excellent experiences when using it before.

Now my monies is stuck in my wallet where it could be in an account earning interest.

This is my last course of action, If this doesn't help I'm probably just going to cancel my order.
