NEDBANK AVO IS A HOAX. NO SERVICE!!!!

AVO SHOP IS MISLEADING WITH THE WORST SERVICE TO NEDBANK PRIVATE CLIENTS. I purchased black friday deals and other deals. The TV is purchased that wasn't such a high discount was received but the true discounted deals were cancelled. To date I have not received the PS5 and some of my other orders There is no way of calling them, you have to chat on the app and if you lucky someone will call you back. They are ****s and *******s and they kept on escalating the delivery charges from R69 to R250 to R500 with no consistency. This service goes against all ethics. I have my business and personal accounts and bonds and credit cards and and and with Nedbank but Avo is the most pathetic platform linked to Nedbank. ****s, *******s with no service. I want answers from Nedbank. AVO doesn't care. I requested to speak to a manger for 2 weeks and to date not a single manager has called. I guess their level is too high to deal with the public.
