Avo By Nedbank worse online retailer I ever used!!!!

They are extremely unhelpful & use delaying tactics because they are not able to answer your questions. Order placed on 17 November and still not delivered today 24 November!! Delivery was promised between 2 - 4 days. I've queried via the App & called and spoke to a consultant which both were of NO HELP whatsoever. Not being able to provide the courier company's details or tracking number so there is no way to actually tell if my order has been shipped or if I've just been ****med!!

Disgusting experience!
