Nedbank authorized debit from my savings account

I write this email with a very heavy heart and great disappointment.I informed Nedbank that I was retrenched and currently unemployed but yet without my permission or warning have deducted my personal loans installments x2 from my savings account.The little money that I get from UIF that you have helped yourself too I use to go to interviews, pay rent and buy food for my Family.You have taken that right away from me and regret the day I opened an account with nedbank.I didn't reliase it would be such a nightmare.I need to pay rent,have no food or electricity at home and was depending on this money.

Please can you reverse my funds as a matter of urgency before I am homeless for not paying rent.I have paid my accounts on time when I was employed and feel like the way I am being treated by a bank that I have a cheque and a business account with is very unfair.I think its only fair that I close all accounts and move else where because you don't care about your customers and just do as you wish.I have interviews to attend and you are making it hard for me to get to those interviews It won't always be like this.Soon I will be employed but regret to say that I have had enough of your treatment and extra stress on top of the stress that I have of being unemployed and being the breadwinner of my household.

What must I do now???
