Nedbank Authenticate-It is broken and not secure.

I am at my wits end with Nedbank. I have been complaining to Nedbank for over 2 years now about their stupid Authenticate-It system. They are so proud of it but it is badly broken and can not be re**** on. On certain cell phones such as iPhone 10s and above, the USSD codes that Nedbank uses to verify their credit card transactions on both VISA and AMEX do not work, when one attempts to authorise a transaction one just receives a "Processing Abort" error on one's phone. Nedbank knows about this problem but refuses to do anything about it because it only occurs with some customer's cellphones not all. What is really alarming about this is that Nedbank uses Authenticate-It to "secure" your credit card transactions and yet their software is so badly broken, it is not at all secure. Nedbank's intransigence and lack of care about the security of their customer's transactions is downright disgusting.
