Nedbank attorneys harassing me

As written in a previous post, I am in arrears with my nedbank credit cards due to enormous medical bills. I acknowledge the arrears and I have made payment arrangements with Nedbank. I have not faulted on payment. Last payment made on 24 August 2017. Nedbank lawyers are harassing me with sms's, one received early hours on 26 August 2017 and another on 1 September 2017, stating summons issued. Is Nedbank out to get my blood?? I am making payments as to what I can afford, why the harassment????
