NEDBANK ATTORNEY ERASMUS

Yesterday I received this msg "Message from Sheriff Siya & Legal Team. We have not received your SEPTEMBER 2020 payment iro your Seriously Overdue NRR Account. Due to non payment and your refusal to contact us , Sheriff Siya may serve the Notices at your WORK OR HOME TO AVOID ANY EMBARASSMENT. Call *** Ref PLH2758" Highly irritated I phoned from my cellphone (I have to pay for), an answering machine tells you to press 1 if you want a consultant to phone you back, I chose this option 3 or 4 times but the systems fails, I hang up because I'm even more irritated. Today I get this "Message from Attorney Erasmus. We sent you a LOD via SMS that was successfully delivered to your cell phone, you failed to respond.We will instruct the Sheriff of the Mag Court to serve the notices at your place of work or home this coming weekend , NRR Account Call Team Siya *** Ref PLH2758" I don't even know what an LOD means, anyway I have paid the R120 as I have arranged with Nedbank and if it doesn't reflect on their side it is not my fault as I have the proof of payment. I have always had good and proper relationship with the consultants who phones me, however its been a while since one has made a call so I just keep on paying the R120 as arranged as I can not afford more. Now WHO GAVE THEM THE RIGHT TO HAND ME OVER AS I HONORED MY ARRANGEMENT EVERY MONTH??????
