NEDBANK - Atrocious Service and non existent client relations.

I'm getting fed up with this atrocious service from Nedbank. I'm getting sent from AtoZ nobody seems to be able to assist. I used to have a personal banker, but she just informed me she isn't any more. So who is?? Poor communication from Nedbank. Non existent client relations !!!!
