Nedbank atrocious complaint turnaround

I went to the Musgrave nedbank atm on the 16th of May 2023 to make a deposit in my account and the receipt came back as a transaction being cancelled and my money that had been deposited was retained by Nedbank. I have been up and down with Nedbank with many query ID numbers of employees of Nedbank getting back to me with no success. My case is going unnoticed or no further follow up has been done to help my situation I had help from a Cathy Wade from windermere branch and a Paula Hall have gone to several more Nedbank branches with no success updating or furthering my requests. I have made four visits to Nedbank branches and my last visit being on the 20th of June with a promise to get back to me on the 21st of June 2023. Yet I have received numerous messages of my credit card payment being overdue.
