Nedbank ATMs delivering ***** notes?

How come that if one draws cash from a Nedbank ATM with one card and wants to straight away deposit some or all of that cash into another account with its related card almost every time I do so the ATM throws some of those same notes back saying that there is something wrong with them? Yet that same ATM has only seconds earlier delivered identical notes to me? I've taken this up with Nedbank so many times I am sick and tired of being told it's not their problem as they trot out that their ATMs are managed and controlled by another company. Nedbank, the ATM has your logo on it, my card is a Nedbank card, I have to pay a significant fee to use this "service" and I am a Nedbank customer of some 45 years standing. Yet you do NOTHING to rectify this infuriating problem. Typical SA big business response! Get with it, start delivering some customer service, or better still go back to school and learn what that means.
